Wake Forest Basement Finish
An unfinished basement turned into a full lower level with a family room, a bar area and finished storage.
Commercial restrooms take more traffic in a week than a domestic bathroom takes in a year, so the finishes, fixtures and fittings were all specified for that rather than chosen on looks alone.
The layout was set out for accessibility at the drawing stage, and the work was phased so the building stayed in use throughout.
