Wake Forest Basement Finish
An unfinished basement turned into a full lower level with a family room, a bar area and finished storage.
The original kitchen was cut off from the rest of the ground floor and short on both storage and worktop. Opening it up meant reworking the layout and moving services before any cabinetry could be set.
New cabinetry, stone countertops and a tiled backsplash went in, and the room was finished with crown, casings and panelling so the joinery reads as built-in rather than fitted.
