Which areas do you serve?

We work throughout the Triangle from our base in Raleigh, including Garner, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Knightdale and Wake Forest. If you are not sure whether you are in range, call and ask. We will tell you straight away.

Do you charge for a quote?

No. Quotes are free and carry no obligation. We come out, look at the space, talk through what you want, and put a written price in front of you. If the numbers do not work for you, that is the end of it and you owe us nothing.

What kind of work do you take on?

Kitchens, bathrooms and basements are the bulk of what we do, along with interior remodeling: running trim, custom wall panelling, cabinet installation, interior doors and hardware, and interior painting. On the commercial side we handle kitchens, bathrooms and tenant improvements.

Do you work on commercial properties?

Yes. We have installed millwork at banks, restaurants, office spaces, and medical and dental offices around the Triangle, and we take on commercial kitchens, commercial bathrooms and full tenant improvement projects as a licensed general contractor.

Will the job actually start when you say it will?

That is the part we are known for. Dependable and stays on schedule is not a slogan we picked at random, it is what our repeat clients say when they explain why they called us back. You get a start date, and the trades turn up on it.

Who will I be dealing with day to day?

Dominick Caswell, the owner. He quotes the work, runs the project and is on site through it. Our clients consistently point to that as the difference, because the person who made you the promise is the person standing in your kitchen.

What are your office hours?

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are closed on weekends. Send an email any time and we will pick it up on the next working day.
