Wake Forest Basement Finish
An unfinished basement turned into a full lower level with a family room, a bar area and finished storage.
The attic was open storage with no services and no finished surfaces. The conversion added a bedroom, a full bathroom and a family room, which meant running plumbing and electrics up through the house before any of the finish work could start.
Head height, insulation and access were the constraints, and the layout was worked around them rather than against them. It is one of the jobs our clients mention most often afterwards.
